Frequently asked questions

What is Kindrya?

Kindrya is a Senior Living ecosystem connecting families, care providers and professionals. It combines local care discovery with tools that help providers manage enquiries and the journey towards admission, alongside dedicated services for care professionals and, in the future, products and services for ageing.

How is Kindrya different from a directory?

A directory mainly lists providers. Kindrya combines structured and source-aware information with tools that help families identify suitable options and contact selected providers, while giving providers a way to organise and manage those enquiries afterwards.

Is Kindrya free for families?

Yes. Searching for care and submitting a request through Kindrya is free for families.

What is Kindrya One?

Kindrya One is the part of the ecosystem used by providers: it organises enquiries, contacts, visits, follow-ups, waiting lists and communication with families in one place. It is not a clinical record system, and it is in development.

Which countries does Kindrya operate in?

Italy is the first market. Spain, France and Germany are in preparation, each with a dedicated national site collecting registrations before launch.

Why launch market by market instead of everywhere at once?

Because eligibility, funding and facility classification are set nationally and often regionally. A platform that abstracts those rules away produces answers that are wrong in every specific case, so each market is built on its own sources.

Does Kindrya recruit care professionals?

No. On Kindrya Pro, professionals publish their own profile and are contacted directly by families and organisations. Kindrya does not select candidates, does not propose profiles and is not party to the working relationship.

We operate facilities in a market you have not opened. Can we still talk?

Yes. Operators who reach out early shape how we enter a market, and they are the first we contact when we do.
