Privacy policy
10/08/2026 — 2026-08-10
This notice explains how we process the personal data of people who visit kindrya.com and who register through the forms on this site, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
1. Data controller
The data controller is Kindrya. For anything concerning your personal data, write to privacy@kindrya.care, or to info@kindrya.care for any other enquiry.
No Data Protection Officer has been appointed, as the conditions of Article 37 GDPR do not apply.
2. What we collect
When you complete one of the registration forms you provide your name or your organisation's name, an email address, a phone number and, if you choose to give them, your role and any notes.
On submission we also record the IP address, the browser used, the referring page, the date and time, the record of your consent and the version of this notice in force at that moment. This data demonstrates the lawfulness of the processing and protects us against automated submissions.
The site also uses cookies, described in the cookie policy.
3. Why we process your data
We process registration data to contact you when the service becomes available and to follow up on your request: the legal basis is your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, and for the confirmation email the performance of your request, Article 6(1)(b).
Technical data collected to protect the site from abuse and automated submissions rests on our legitimate interest in security, Article 6(1)(f). Usage statistics, where enabled, require your consent given through the cookie banner.
Providing this data is optional, but without it we cannot record your request or contact you.
4. How long we keep it
We keep registration data for 24 months from the last meaningful contact, or until you withdraw consent or request deletion, whichever comes first. Technical data collected for security is kept for 12 months. After these periods data is deleted or anonymised.
5. Who can access your data
Data is accessible to people working with Kindrya who are authorised to process it. We do not sell, rent or disclose your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
We rely on Hostinger International Ltd for hosting, database and email, with servers in the European Union, and — only where analytics cookies are enabled and with your consent — on Google Ireland Ltd. Both act as processors under Article 28 GDPR.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Hosting, database and email reside within the European Union. If you consent to analytics cookies, Google may process some data in the United States on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Without your consent no data is sent to Google.
7. Automated decision-making
We do not carry out profiling, nor do we take automated decisions producing legal effects concerning you within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
8. Your rights
At any time you may request access to your data and obtain a copy, the rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, portability in a machine-readable format, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
You may also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise these rights write to privacy@kindrya.care. We respond within one month, as required by Article 12 GDPR.
If you believe the processing infringes the GDPR you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the country where you reside.
9. Security
The site is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS. Registration data is stored in a database with restricted access and email is transmitted over an encrypted SMTP channel. We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, under Article 32 GDPR.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice over time. Each version is identified by a date, and the version you accepted at registration is stored alongside your data. If we make substantial changes affecting processing already under way, we will tell you by email.
